How it works
Each session lasts approximately 1.5-2 hours and includes a combination of enjoyable & practical teachings, discussions and a short meditation.
There are home practices between the sessions, taking approximately 10-15 minutes per day. Obviously they are optional, but people find them interesting and they really help embed the principles of reawakening to life.
Guided meditations and additional resources are provided to support each session.
